Ownership & Rights
You retain all rights to your original photographs. Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to the edited images for your use.
Free samples include a watermark and are provided for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to use edited images in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable Edits
Our professional editing enhances your food photos through:
- Lighting and color correction for optimal presentation
- Background cleanup and enhancement
- Professional styling adjustments
- White background isolation (when selected)
We do not add misleading ingredients or make changes that misrepresent your actual food offerings.
Turnaround & Delivery
All orders are delivered within 2–3 business days via secure download link. Delivery times begin from the moment payment is received and style preferences are confirmed.
While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
Revisions Policy
Revisions are not included by default in our standard packages. If you need changes to delivered images:
- Single image revision: $25 AUD
- Batch revision (up to 5 images): $79 AUD
You can request a revision here. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Photo Quality Requirements
Food-only photos: Images must show only food items. No people, hands, or faces in the frame.
Low-quality photos: If submitted photos are too blurry, dark, or low-resolution for professional enhancement, we will advise you and offer alternatives:
- Request different source images
- Proceed with limited enhancement capabilities
- Full refund if improvement is not possible
Payment Terms
Payment is required before work begins on paid orders. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and cash for Adelaide-area customers. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change with notice.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and unused image credits will remain available until used.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the final images, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make adjustments or provide a refund if we cannot meet your expectations. Free samples are provided as-is with no refund available, as no payment was made.
Privacy & Data
We store your photos securely for 30 days after delivery to accommodate revision requests. After 30 days, all photos are permanently deleted from our systems. We do not share your photos with third parties without your consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Submit only food-only photographs without people, hands, or faces
- Own or have rights to all photos submitted for editing
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Provide accurate contact and payment information
Limitation of Liability
Snap22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
